Hi, I’m Karelle — the founder of Nova Ray Botanicals.

This space was created from lived experience, deep listening, and a desire to return to slower, more intentional ways of caring for ourselves. My journey into herbal wellness began through my own experiences with women’s health, fertility, and learning how the body responds when it’s supported with the right environment, nourishment, and care.

I’m a qualified herbalist, trained with Heartwood College in the UK, with a background in beauty therapy. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t about forcing the body to “fix” itself — it’s about creating the conditions where balance can gently return.

Nova Ray Botanicals exists as a calm, supportive wellness space. Here, you’ll find thoughtfully created herbal products, digital guides, and reflections designed to support everyday rituals and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythms. Everything I share is rooted in herbal wisdom, personal experience, and a deep respect for both the plants and the people who use them.
